Choose the plan that fits your warehouse management needs
Inventory Management costs 12,50 euro per device per month for Basic and 25,00 euro for Premium, or 134,99 and 274,99 euro per year. There is also a free plan for checking items in and out, with 100 transactions per month. Every plan starts with one free month and needs no credit card. You pay per device rather than per user, and on Basic and Premium the number of transactions is unlimited.

What you can do for free
Your account keeps working after the trial month. You check items in and out, and you see your stock, locations, products and transactions, on as many devices as you like. It comes with a limit of 100 transactions per month, counted across your whole company over the last 31 days, so all devices share it. Moving stock is part of Basic. Counting, replenishment advice, analytics and exports are part of Premium. If you reach the limit or need one of those features, you upgrade whenever it suits you and your data stays where it is.
Which plan to choose
The plans stack: Basic contains everything in Free, and Premium contains everything in Basic. Basic covers the movements themselves: receiving goods, shipping goods, relocating stock between locations, and the inventory overview. That is enough for a warehouse whose main problem is knowing what it has and where. Premium adds the functions you need once accuracy and insight start to matter: counting and correcting stock, replenishment, inventory analytics, scanning location IDs by barcode, and exporting your data. If you are unsure, start on Basic during the free month and move up when you hit something you need.
What counts as a device
Pricing is per device, and a device is one phone, tablet, scanner or browser logged in to your company account. Both plans allow an unlimited number of devices, so you decide how many your operation needs and pay for that number. Adding a device is a matter of entering the company ID on it, as described in the frequently asked questions, and every device added this way works on exactly the same stock as the others.
The free month
Every plan starts with one free month, and no credit card is required to begin. During the trial you have the full functionality of the plan you chose, on as many devices as you like, with no cap on transactions. If you decide not to continue, you simply do not subscribe and the account stops at the end of the trial. Subscriptions taken out through Google Play are managed and invoiced there; subscriptions taken out on this website are invoiced by Industrial IT and the invoices are available inside the app.
