Inbound
Register incoming goods
To register incoming goods, open Inbound, scan the barcode or type the product ID, enter the quantity and choose the storage location. The stock is updated immediately on every device. If the product does not exist yet, the app offers to create it in the same step.
Press the "In" button on the main screen to register incoming goods.

Enter the Product ID and fill in the quantity. Select the storage location and press Submit to process the inbound products. Learn more about what the Product ID is.

Receiving a product for the first time
You do not need a prepared product list before you can receive goods. If you register an inbound movement with a Product ID that does not exist yet, the app creates the product on the spot and books the quantity onto the location you selected. You can fill in the name, description, unit and other details later from the Products screen, or leave them empty if the ID alone is enough for your team. This is what makes it practical to start using the app on the receiving dock on day one rather than after a data migration.
Traceability of every receipt
Every inbound registration is written to the transaction history with the product, the quantity, the location, the moment and the device or user that booked it. That record is what turns a stock figure into something you can defend: when a count comes up short, the history shows what arrived, when, and where it was put. The history is searchable per product and per location, and can be exported on the Premium plan if you want to analyse it outside the app.
Register on arrival, not at the end of the day
The value of an inbound registration comes from when it happens, not just from whether it happens. Booking a delivery the moment it is put away means the stock is available to pickers immediately and nobody orders something you already have on the shelf. Collecting delivery notes and entering them in one batch after closing produces a system that is wrong for most of the working day, which is exactly when people rely on it. If a delivery arrives partially, register what actually came in rather than what was ordered, and book the remainder when it arrives.
