Who builds this app, and how to reach us
Inventory Management is built and run by Industrial IT, a Dutch software company registered in Ugchelen under Chamber of Commerce number 67449727. The same small team writes the app, hosts it and answers the support mail. There is no reseller in between and no separate implementation partner.
Who we are
Industrial IT builds software for companies whose work happens away from a desk: in a warehouse, on a production floor, in a service van. We are a Dutch company based in Ugchelen and we have been making warehouse and scanning software since well before phones were good enough to replace a dedicated barcode terminal. That history is the reason the app still runs on industrial scanners as well as on an ordinary phone.
What Inventory Management is
Inventory Management is a warehouse management system you can start using the same afternoon. You create storage locations, register incoming and outgoing goods by scanning a barcode or typing a product ID, and move stock between locations. Every movement is stored with the product, the location, the quantity, the moment and the device, which gives you a transaction history a spreadsheet cannot produce. There is no server to install and no hardware to buy.
How we build it
We release small changes often rather than a big version once a year, and we take feature requests from customers seriously because most of what the app can do started as one. The app and this website are kept in four languages at once, so a warehouse with a mixed team can let everyone work in their own language on the same stock.
Support
Support comes from the people who wrote the code, not from a call centre. If something is broken, the person reading your mail can usually fix it.
